Title IX "Report It" Form

If you have an emergency, call Campus Security 662.512.8059 , Blue Mountain Police Department, 662.685.4721 or 911 immediately.

The purpose of this form is to encourage members of the Blue Mountain Christian University community to report sexual misconduct exhibited by BMC students. Reports will be forwarded to the appropriate BMC office or official.

You are not required to give your name and personal information, but anonymous reports may be harder to investigate.
